I am an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not work directly with insurance. However, I am happy to provide a superbill, which is a receipt for services that includes all necessary insurance codes, that can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA cards. If this is something you are interested in, I recommend asking your insurance about your mental health benefits as well as your out-of-network benefits.
My office is inside the Regus in Johns Creek, which is next to the Hyatt. Once you enter the building, you will head straight back to Suite 100. The receptionist, Alice, will let me know you have arrived. For parents or anyone who will be waiting during the appointment, there is a large waiting room and walking trail around the lake behind the building.

Counseling sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. Phone calls greater than 15 minutes, written reports and extended sessions will be charged at a prorated hourly fee.
Your appointment time is reserved for you and you alone. In order to serve all clients well, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If it’s less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full rate of the appointment with the credit card you have placed on file at the time of your intake session. In the case of illness or a true emergency, please contact me to discuss.
